Please find below our FAQs for UK delivery and returns.

Please note, all delivery charges are based on weight and location so please call for a quote. 
For international delivery, once we have received your order request we aim to respond with a full shipping quote within 48 hours.


Where do you deliver?

We delivery both nationally and internationally.
UK orders are reviewed by weight and location to calulate delivery charges. 
International orders will need to be reviewed by weight/shipping method to calculate a final shipping fee.

How long does it take to deliver an order?
All orders will be despatched within 24 hours.
Orders over 1Kg will be dispatched by next day delivery with our courier service.
Orders under 1Kg will be sent out with Royal Mail and can take between 4-5 working days.
We are also able to guarantee delivery before a specific time. If you would like to arrange this, please let us know when placing your order. Additional fees may apply.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss a delivery our courier service will leave a card through your door so re-delivery can be arranged.

Can deliveries be left somewhere safe instead?
Yes. Deliveries can be left in a secure location such as a shed or with a neighbouring business. Please indicate at time of order if there are any alternative areas for our courier to leave your package.

I’m nearby. Can I collect my order?
If you prefer you can collect your order from our Head Office. Please indicate this at time of purchase and we will contact you to confirm when your item is ready.

I am based outside of the UK, how long will it take to receive a shipping quote and how is it paid?
Once you have submitted your order for review we aim to respond with a final order summary within 48 hours. This will include all shipping costs with VAT charged only where applicable. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping. Just let us know at the time of order. Once you are satisfied with the order summary payment can be made by bank transfer or by calling our office on +44 (0)1795 583333 (Monday-Friday GMT: 09:00am – 16:00pm)

How do I cancel my order if I’ve changed my mind?

We aim to clear all orders as soon as we receive them so if you would like to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. You can request to cancel your order by calling our office on +44 (0)1795 583333 or by e-mailing . You will need to quote your order reference number so make sure this is close by.

I have received my order but I no longer require it. Can it be retuned?

Yes. If you change your mind on your order you can send this back to us for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days. Please ensure items are sent back to us in either their original postage box or with sufficient packing to avoid any damage. Please note the cost of postage to return goods to us is your responsibility and non-refundable.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my order?

All our products are rigorously quality checked before being dispatched. If however you are not satisfied with your purchase this can be returned for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
